However, while assuring his fans not to worry, the 73-year-old actor wrote in his blog: “No nothing to worry… I have injured my rib cage, it pains and so when I breathe it hurts. Am doing ice-pack and pain-killers, spoken to my doctor… should take 48 hours to heal, he says. Else we do X-Ray or MRI or whatever he decides.” This is not the first time that the actor had injured himself in Kolkata. In November 2014, while shooting for Shoojit Sircar’s Piku in the city, Bachchan had taken ill but continued shooting after taking a small break. Despite the injury, the actor will be taking his friends and fans to watch his film Wazir, which releases on Friday. “Hurt rib from shoot .. but ok .. taking friends Ef to WAZIR at South City Mall, Kolkata this evening !! YEA,” he announced on Twitter.
