The film is based on historian Gyan Prakash’s book ‘Mumbai Fables’. Set in Bombay of the 1960s, the movie tells the story of a street fighter, Johnny Balraj, and an aspiring jazz singer, Rosie, played by Anushka Sharma. Anushka Sharma tweeted the first poster featuring Ranbir Kapoor. A teaser of the film’s first-look was released on January 28, which saw Ranbir, 32, in a fighting cage.
