The hit song was nominated for a Best Original Song Oscar and the performance began with Gosling, dressed in bright pink, serenading “Barbie” Margot Robbie from the seat behind her in the audience, before going up to the pink stage to sing and dance with his fellow Kens. During the performance, Ryan Gosling also got Barbie director Greta Gerwig and co-stars Robbie Margot, America Ferrera, and his former La La Land co-star Emma Stone to sing along.
