Actor Tiger Shroff is set to return to the big screen with his latest actioner Ganapath – A Hero Is Born. The makers of the film dropped its first look poster on Monday and reiterated its release date of Dussehra. The film also stars Kriti Sanon and megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Billed as a pan-India “mass entertainer” Ganapath is set in a futuristic world and promises to be a “visual spectacle”. According to the makers, the “futuristic action thriller” will see the rise of a fighter as he “embarks on a quest to discover his destiny in an uncharted realm,” the note from the makers read. Tiger Shroff, who was last seen in Baaghi 3, took to Instagram and posted the poster of the film, writing, “Usko koi kya rokega…jab Bappa ka hai uspe haath. Aa Raha Hai Ganapath… karne ek nayi duniya ki shuruwat #GanapathAaRahaHai.”

Presented by Pooja Entertainment in collaboration with Good Co, and directed by Vikas Bahl, Ganapath – A Hero Is Born is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Vikas Bahl. The film is set for a worldwide release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, on October 20. Ganapath – A Hero Is Born will see the reunion of Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, nine years after their debut Heropanti.
