Miley Cyrus seems to be all about giving lately. She just put on her first post-COVID concert in Nashville, Tennessee. To help celebrate Pride Month, the 28-year-old singer performed her upcoming special, “Stand By You,” for free for vaccinated fans, per Billboard. Here. For. It. In the photos, she’s wearing a matching red bra and underwear set in a bright red hue, but basically she’s all abs. Those abs are seriously sculpted, too. Miley doesn’t keep her super toned bod or her fitness journey under wraps. She’s shared a lot about her fave workouts on Instagram over the years. She told Jimmy Fallon all about her love for Ashtanga yoga, a physically demanding style of yoga that focuses on strengthening the entire body.
