Shah Rukh Khan honoured with ‘Entertainer of Indian Cinema' award

After receiving France’s highest distinction ‘Knight of the Legion of Honour’ last week, Shahrukh Khan is now awarded as ‘Entertainer of Indian Cinema’ at the 8th Annual Vijay Awards, held at SDAT Indoor Stadium, in Chennai, on 5th July 2014.

“This award is the most special one for me because I got it from Latha Rajinikanth ji. This is very humbling and I am truly honoured….While I might not understand the language of the State, but I understand the language of cinema which is passionate and full of love. And hence spending time at the Vijay Awards is a true privilege for me.” says the overwhelmed actor who received Entertainer of Indian Cinema Award.
