The song starts off as a slow chant, picks up rock band rhythms in the middle and finishes off as a mix of Indian melodic sounds. The percussion sound works in its favour and so does the electric guitar riffs. It has an unplugged version too, where actor Shraddha Kapoor makes her singing debut. Her raw untrained voice, along with constant guitar work sound pleasant enough and Ankit delivers the coup-de-grace when he joins in later. Mention must be made of the passion-filled lyrics penned by Manoj Muntashir, which are apt companions to the music.
