Trailer Unveiled Akshay Kumar’s Padman Is Bold And Entertaining

And the wait js finally over as the trailer of Akshay Kumar‘s much-awaited film, Padman has now been unveiled. The trailer shows Akshay’s character trying to create the most comfortable and hygienic sanitary napkin for women in his village, to help them sail through their menstrual cycle. We see Akshay aka Padman trying the pads himself and this surely is very bold for a mainstream Bollywood actor. We see him getting ridiculed by his wife (Radhika Apte) and his sisters for making sanitary napkins. However, a social worker (Sonam Kapoor) becomes the wind under Padman’s wings. The film’s concept is bold but its treatment makes it very entertaining and that’s what was expected from Twinkle Khanna’s debut production venture.
