The longtime Keeping Up With the Kardashians star dressed up as the Red Ranger from the \u201990s Power Rangers franchise. \u201cGo go Power Rangers,\u201d Kylie captioned her Instagram post, featuring her friends dressed as the Blue, Pink, Yellow and Black Rangers. Over the years, the almost-billionaire, 23, has definitely stepped up her Halloween game, and she\u2019s not afraid to admit it. In a YouTube video titled \u201cRating My Halloween Costumes,\u201d Kylie revealed she didn\u2019t really start getting into the All Hallows\u2019 Eve spirit until she was older.\n<\/div>\n
