The V magazine 2020 calendar certainly isn’t lacking in sex appeal. A few days into the new year, the magazine released photos of its limited-edition calendar, which this year consists of stripped-down, black-and-white shots of established models, including Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge, Hailey Baldwin, both Hadid sisters, and more. Since V partnered with Guess on the calendar, the models are shown wearing denim and basics.
\nIt’s worth noting that what the calendar is lacking, however, is diversity in its selection of models. Apart from Alek Wek and Yasmin Wijnaldum, the calendar predominantly features white, straight-size, American-born models \u2014 a stark contrast to the (finally) more inclusive runway shows we saw during the Spring\/Summer 2020 season last Fashion Month.
