The actress recalled an incident when she was subjected to sexual misconduct at the age of 14. In an interview, Shama said that the director, while trying to put his hand on her thigh, told Shama, \u2018that to be a star in the industry, she will be subjected to the exploitation.\u2019 She further alleged that the director also told Shama that, &#8216;if not a director, an actor or producer might exploit her.
